Arrival:
On Arrival we ask guests arrive no earlier than 2.00pm (unless other wise arranged). Card details are taken for authority purposes only.
Payment:
Payment is made on arrival. We cater for most major Credit Cards inc. American Express.
Departure:
We ask our guests vacate their room by 11.00am
Changes and Cancellations: Changes and cancellations to bookings of 3 or more rooms made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Changes and cancellations to bookings of 1 or 2 rooms made up to 2 days before arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the total value of the first night may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 2 days notice.
